A nicely renovated market square in Limanowa - there are cafes and restaurants here, so it's a good place to relax and eat something good. It's impossible not to notice the large church of Our Lady of Sorrows - which I recommend visiting.

The Royal Castle in Nowy Sącz is now a picturesque ruin located in a place of exceptional landscape value – on a slope at the mouth of the Kamienica River into the Dunajec River. Built by Casimir the Great in the 14th century, it was once an important administrative and defensive point, visited by kings, including Jadwiga of Anjou and Władysław Jagiełło. Today, you can see the reconstructed Kowalska Tower and fragments of the old walls, and the entire area serves as a city park.

The footbridge over the Poprad in Stary Sącz is a modern pedestrian and bicycle crossing that connects the city with the EuroVelo 11 route and the Velo Dunajec trail. It offers a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding meadows and the Sądecki Beskids. The bridge facilitates access to the charming Galician Town and the historic center of Stary Sącz.

The last pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Poprad. Great views of the river, just before it flows into the Dunajec.

The climb to the Ostra Pass (812 m), starting from Gołkowice Dolne, is 19 km long and has a 500 m elevation gain. The average gradient is 2.6%. The first part is very gentle, only closer to the pass itself will we have to push harder on the pedals. The surface is good and the terrain is really charming.

An iconic road climb, almost 13 km long, with a height difference of over 800 m. At the end, a beautiful panorama of the Sądecki Beskids awaits us as a reward, as well as the opportunity to regain strength in the PTTK shelter on Przehyba. Note: the last 200 m is not asphalted, but the surface is compacted enough that we can easily ride it with a road bike.
