The Schlosshotel Štekl Hluboká is very interesting and definitely worth seeing. However, the castle restaurant is run by a different operator. I found the taste quality of the food and especially its temperature to be extremely unsatisfactory. Therefore, I would rather recommend visiting one of the restaurants in the town.

Exciting ruin that is partly easily accessible and located on the way.

A truly beautiful castle with a moat all around. Not accessible, but still worth seeing.

Castle-like hotel complex. The rooms are okay, let's see what the wellness and food offer. It's best to book half board. The hotel price includes some free wellness features; the private sauna and massage cost extra, but it was worth it. The dinner was great, the breakfast even better. I must have put on a nice face at the bike parking space in the garage, which is actually 250 CZK, and got a discount.

The nature in the area is beautiful and enchanting. I didn't like the castle. The former Celtic settlement consists only of information boards.

Interesting place. The teenagers' loud motorcycles are a nuisance.

The ruins of Divci Kamen Castle are located on a rocky ridge above the Vltava River. It's a bit off the Vltava Cycle Route but is very impressive. Adult admission is only 90 crowns. 08/2025. The palace and walls are large and fairly well preserved. A great adventure for children. Sturdy footwear is recommended.
