A typical Texas downtown area with lots of food and drink options if you need to stop for refreshments. There's also a bike shop in case you need spares.

My hometown! I've lived here since I was 5. It was dead and dried up for decades after the Baker, the Crazy Water, and Fort Wolters shut down, but in the past years has EXPLODED! There are so many new bars and stores downtown now. Everything is getting fixed up and is under construction. The Baker Hotel and the Crazy Water Hotel are currently being renovated. It's been a big deal to the people who live here. Sure wish they would fix the streets though.

Location of a bench/rest-stop situated on the Rails to Trails. There is also a sign with historical information next to the bench, but I sadly did not stop and take a picture of or read the sign.
