This short section going up or down Swamp Creek Road is simply stunning. The road follows Unami Creek for most of the way and the creek is super nice on the eye. Have a blast riding alongside this gorgeous creek through pristine woodland. To cap it off the road is also super good.

Knight Lake is an extension of Deep Creek Lake, east of the Deep Creek Dam. There are day use areas, picnic tables and other amenities around the lake, making it a nice spot for a rest and family activities.

Salford Township Open Space is a 21.6-acre parcel of open space. It is known as the Copper Mine Creek Preservation Area. Lake fishing is permitted as walks in the open space to enjoy nature during the hours of 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
