At 2,900 acres Wetlands Park is the largest within the Clark County Parks system. There's a 210-acre nature preserve, miles of trails, a playground, picnic areas, and playgrounds.

A series of ponds slow down the water and catch the silt, while the sides are lined with native plants who help purify the water by removing various pollutants.
