Standing on the grounds of the Royal Poinciana Chapel, this massive tree has a circumference of over 30 feet! Though this tree is impressive it is not growing in its native habitat of Central and South America, and therefore hasn't reached the height of others which can be over 200 feet tall.

Grassy Waters Preserve features a number of singletrack and double-track paths with boardwalks and bridges in wetland and coastal environments. This is as popular of a spot for experiencing nature while sitting and standing as it is for exercising, so expect to see others out enjoying the wildlife.

The Promontory Trail is a really scenic singletrack trail within the Grassy Waters Preserve. It dead ends at a small pavilion with a couple benches. There is a boardwalk section that is exposed and especially picture-worthy.
