Dellinger Park is a popular place in Cartersville. The main attraction of the park is the lake with a gazebo. It is a great place to take a break in the shade during a long ride and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Nice view of Vineyard Mountain from across the river. While Vineyard Mountain is only 1,350 feet high, the area surrounding it is fairly flat, so it stands high above everything else.

Upper Tanyard Creek is a great place for a break and to enjoy the great view of the water. There are no picnic tables or benches, but the spot is normally quiet. There is a sand beach, but it is used mostly as a boat launch.
