From the gravel roadside entrance, you'll quickly leave the neighbourhood behind and enter a beautiful wooded setting of mature trees and gently rolling terrain, with trail maps and signage marking the start of the route. There is limited roadside parking along the shoulder near the trailhead, and there is no parking fee for park access.
