The paved bike trail winds all around the lake, with views through the fence at a few points

Located in the northwest corner of Griffith Park is the Travel Town Museum and railway park covering the history of railroad transportation in the western United States. The railroad museum sections contains 43 full-scale railroad engines, cars and other rolling stock. There is also a quaint miniature train available that travels over one mile of track. It traverses a cute bridge, goes through a forest and an old Western Town.

Also known as the Griffith Park Tunnel. It may be a short tunnel but it has been used as a location for a number of movies including Who Framed Roger Rabbit, WarGames and Back to the Future 2.

This is a nice part of the run route around the reservoir. Here on the bend there is an opening where you can have a look out across the reservoir at the dam. The path is good too and depending on which way you started you are either near the end of your run or have a nice leg in front of you.
