Mens is a small town with an important architectural heritage. In particular, there is a hall dating from the 15th century and listed in the register of historical monuments, like the Church of the Assumption of Mens, built in the 12th century. Several hamlets and farms are added to the main town. You will find a few shops and cafés in the town centre, as well as a campsite.

Very easy and almost flat hike along the Beaumont Canal, on the hillside and in the shade of trees. the canal is cool and along the route there are explanatory panels and also games for children (little puzzles on the theme of the canal). easy parking at the start next to the town hall of saint-laurent en beaumont. if you want to do more, we can add 3km to continue on la-salle-en-beaumont, still along the canal, this is the "cultural" part with the most historical information, but that we don't have not traveled.
