St. Agatha's Church is located at Heereweg 277 in Lisse. This church was built in 1902-1903 to a design by Jean van Groenendael and consecrated on August 7, 1903, by Mgr. Van de Wetering, Bishop of Utrecht, because the seat of the Haarlem diocese was vacant at that time. Since the 1920s, this church has been called the "cathedral of the Bulb Region" due to its grand neo-Gothic appearance. The church is open to visitors daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You are welcome to come and relax, pray, light a candle, or simply enjoy the beauty of this church. (source: parish)

On the outskirts of Warmond lies the Huys te Warmont estate, which dates back to 1780 and is now a private residence. The estate boasts a parkland forest with characteristic oak avenues and paths that is open to the public.

Along the route, you'll encounter a wide variety of polder windmills. These windmills were designed to pump water from low-lying areas and thus keep the land dry. The vast majority of the mills around the Kagerplassen lakes are characteristic hollow post mills with a cube-shaped upper house.
