A highly recommended small fish restaurant with very good food. There is no large menu but a slate with starters and main courses. The selection is not very large, but there is something for everyone who loves fish or meat. There are also desserts. A bit more expensive, but the food is worth it.

Relie Cœur is a modern art installation in the center of Paimpol. It was created in 2017 by the artist Jean Divry. The sculpture stands on the Place du Martray, the central square of the town. It consists of several metallic elements mounted on high poles. The work functions as an anamorphosis and changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle. Different motifs can be recognized from different perspectives, such as maritime or symbolic forms. The name "Relie Cœur" essentially means "connects hearts". The artwork is intended to symbolize the identity of the town and its connection to the sea. It combines modern art with the historic cityscape of Paimpol. Today it is a striking landmark and a popular photo motif in the town center.

It is – contrary to the place name Sanint-Brieuc – Saint Stephen, under whose patronage this magnificent cathedral is dedicated. "Saint-Étienne" is one of the first seven deacons of the original Jerusalem church and, according to the biblical accounts in the "New Testament," is also the first martyr (blood witness) of early Christianity.
