August 17, 2025, Frome Valley Walkway towards Tubbs Bottom Woodland

Lovely little spot along the Frome Valley Walkway. Generally quiet, close to Iron Acton & not far from Frampton Cotterell. The actual ancient woodland is (I believe) a bit further along towards Iron Acton, left over the dam & there's a lush copse. It is stunning.

August 10, 2025, Damsons Bridge

This is a gorgeous old bridge along the Frome Valley Walkway. It's small, but ideally placed to have a sit & watch some ducks if they're there! It sits just along from the Huckford Quarry Reserve section. There are some local wild Otters here, too! So, if you're out early or late, keep your eyes peeled
