Great walk via the Beauchamp Arms pub. The New Inn is now closed.

Quite an atmospheric place with seats and benches close to the memorial depicting the names of the fallen. Interestingly along with the names it gives the month and year in which they were killed in action. Also gives the regiment or naval vessel. Small chapel also close to the memorial

The magnificent medieval church was first documented in 1369; the detached tower was completed in 1540. It is not located in the usual location because the builders apparently had concerns about placing it too close to the cliff. It is said to be open in the summer and can be climbed. Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson's parents were married here in 1749; his father had previously been a vicar here.

Quintessential traditional country pub, in a lovely village setting with a nice pub garden behind and some more seating to the front.
