The palace park was laid out in the style of an English garden. Perfect for looking at flowers or resting.

The suspension bridge is located exactly in the historical line of sight to Benkhausen Castle. Very nice for pedestrians, who can cross the Flöthe river with a slight sway.

With Philip von Münch, the Münch house died out. He was therefore also the last to be buried here in the ancestral burial ground. It is a stylized burial mound, which incidentally actually goes back to a historical burial mound! The info boards at both entrance points to the burial ground provide more information.

The Automatenmuseum, with its special exhibition, only extends over three rooms, but they are very richly stocked, predominantly with the private collection of Mr. Gauselmann and the most diverse automatons, be it merchandise dispensers or music automatons, every category is included. You should plan around 3 hours for a visit, because besides the exhibits themselves, there are numerous QR codes that lead to YouTube videos. There, the respective automaton is shown in action and partially opened, and the mechanics behind it are explained, as very many models are still functional, which can only be experienced live on-site with a few selected models. So feel free to pack your smartphone and headphones before your visit.

A very well-maintained, privately owned palace complex. Hüffe Palace in Lashorst (built from 1775 to 1784) is the only building in the late Baroque Neoclassical style for miles around. Further information: https://www.baukunst-nrw.de/objekte/Schloss-Hueffe--1282.htm
