We are a small coffee roastery in the heart of Flensburg's old town, right on Rote Straße, which is actually the oldest in Flensburg. All of our coffees are freshly roasted in our own premises in 15-19 minutes at around 210°C, in order to remove the unwanted bitter and irritants and to preserve the aroma. You can recognize us from afar by our chair above the shop window at the entrance, which indicates that we not only sell our freshly roasted coffees to enjoy at home, but can also be drunk directly in our Sonnenhof, in conjunction with a wide variety of sweet treats and cakes. In addition to selling freshly roasted coffee specialties and various selected chocolates, you can also get selected delicatessen specialties in our integrated shop. In addition to a selected range of accessories for coffee preparation, we are an authorized specialist dealer for: Mahlkönig

Great alley 🤩 At the so-called Krusenhof there are great shops, the wine bar and at the end the candy workshop, where you can buy homemade chocolate pralines or licorice.
