Anyone traveling along the Havel Cycle Path will experience an incredibly beautiful stretch from here to Wesenberg. A narrow, paved path winds through the rolling landscape, passing through open spaces, forests, and lakes, always in solitude. A ride to dream about!

A lively little town with history. A beautiful church on the market square; there's also Cafe Reinhold: a good breakfast on the terrace.

The moss-covered forests in Müritz National Park are a fascinating ecosystem that boasts high biodiversity and a unique atmosphere. The dense moss cushions that cover the ground and tree trunks create a humid microclimate and provide a habitat for numerous plant and animal species. These forests are not only a refuge for rare species, but also a popular destination for nature lovers and hikers who want to experience the tranquil and mystical beauty of nature.
