Unfortunately, the tower was closed on Thursday, but a climb/ride up to this historic castle ruin is definitely worthwhile 🤗

The lake is always worth a trip. You can cycle or walk around it. The lake features, among other things, the Cafe del Lago (restaurant/bar) with a lovely sun terrace. "Jim's Beach Bar" is also located right by the lake. There, you can enjoy drinks and snacks right on the sand by the water. Right next door is the "Pirate Playground" with plenty of play equipment for the little ones. On the Fredenberg side of the lake, there is a waterskiing facility with a restaurant and a swimming beach. A little further on, you'll find the diving center with a diving entrance.
