St. Joseph's Church was initially built in 1888 as a temporary church due to rapid population growth. After only seven years, it had become too small. Therefore, a three-aisled church was built in its place. The asymmetrical towers are a striking feature of the exterior. During the reconstruction following the extensive damage in World War II, they were only partially restored and not in their original form. There is a public bookshelf in front of the church.
