Möllenbeck Monastery is always beautiful. An incredibly beautiful beer garden, friendly service, and endless coziness. I could sit there for hours.

always a good place to take a break. Thanks to the many seating options, you can always find a nice spot, even under trees. Self-service, but the coffee and cake taste good. A playground is available for small children

This lovely rest area, directly on the Weser Cycle Route, is located diagonally across from the western entrance to the Doktorsee campsite. While it's not exactly cozy, as it's right next to the road and still has little vegetation, it's a useful spot. The shelter has large information boards about the Weser Cycle Route and the region around Rinteln. The site is usually well-frequented.

It's the section of the Weser Cycle Route between the railway bridge and the motorway bridge, where the popular long-distance cycle route crosses the river. There are certainly more striking and beautiful sections of the Weser Cycle Route than this one. I'm always glad to leave the horrible motorway bridge and the traffic noise behind me.
