The project will help develop the area at Søfronten (Søgade/Søvej) in Silkeborg into a green recreation area towards Silkeborg Langsø. The project is only part of a larger plan in the area to be "greened" with plants, shrubs and trees. The project includes beds/raised beds, planting, fishing bench/equipment, seating/outdoor furniture, raft, communication, signs, etc. The activities in the area must be part of a green community where citizens have the opportunity to work and stay in the garden. A covered residence is also included. The garden is intended to be the setting for events, including food events and mini blitz days, school activities, etc.

Through glass panels you can imagine the buildings in the 13th and 15th centuries in the landscape. It is also a pretty place by the lake, when it is not flooded.
