Here is a water well that is part of Sörmlandsleden. It is a small concrete well with a wooden lid on top. When I visited in spring of 2025 this was at the edge of a clear felled area and the water didn't look clean, but maybe you will have better luck!

Along the side of lake Hedsjön there is a nice windshelter right next to the trail, overlooking the lake. It gets really nice afternoon and evening sun and is equiped with a fireplace, bucket, picnic table and several benches. Hidden just next to the shelter is a small jetty into the water. There are also two privys/outhouses just north of the shelter. Further north of the shelter, just across the gravel road, is a water source, but when I was there the lake water looked cleaner than the water source. Behind the shelter is very hilly, so other than on the trail itself there isn't much space for tents.

Nice view of lake Hedsjön from some small cliffs at the south end of the lake. Someone has set up a simple fireplace with a bench here, making it a great spot to take a break. It isn't far from the shelter further north by the same lake, and there are several other cliffs with good view along the way.

There is an unusually big and deep water well here. The water was rather brown when I visited, but probably is ok if filtered/treated.

Ljusgryten seems to be a fishing oriented lake with many small jettys along the sides as well as some basic shelters. Most jettys are pretty high up from the water and not really good for swimming from. There are also a few spots with benches and fireplaces.

Along the Sörmlandsleden. Easy to reach from road. A huge boulder that is about 7x7x7 m. Really impressive to see!
