Incino is a remote village permanently inhabited by a handful of souls: it is 'populated' - as much as its size allows - only in the summer, when families arrive at their holiday homes on Lake Corlo. The large church, however, makes us understand how much it was once inhabited. There is nothing special about it, but the peaceful and solitary atmosphere that you breathe is evocative: a beautiful view of the lake and the 'twin' town of Corlo, very close as the crow flies but separated by the dizzying Cismon canyon. http://walterincino.altervista.org/storia-dincino/?doing_wp_cron=1716140027.3618969917297363281250

Evocative farmhouse that belonged to the Martinato family: abandoned, dilapidated, engulfed by vegetation. The house itself is a remarkable high-rise building, left suddenly and abruptly, without too many pleasantries or second thoughts; or without any alternative. Furniture, clothing, furnishings, utensils and curtains... time seems to have stopped! Impressive. Built along a beautiful mule track full of testimonies of experience: farmhouses, terraces, water cisterns that allow us to imagine the effort and culture for the land of entire generations who made such inaccessible areas habitable and cultivable.
