A beautiful wooden church built here in 1753. Built here away from the lake (it was previously in Tęgoborze) because it was previously flooded by the lake (apparently some say that the faithful sailed to that church in kayaks!). Great views from the church!

St. Abalbert's Church dates back to 1662 and was consecrated in 1705. The two-part church building consists of a choir enclosed on several sides and a wider nave. The roof is covered with sheet metal. The interior of the church has a false barrel vault decorated with contemporary frescoes. Frescoes from 1688 have been preserved on the choir ceiling. In the center of the Baroque main altar is a 17th-century crucifixion group, and the side altars contain images of St. Adalbert and Our Lady of Sorrows. A valuable piece of furnishings is the baptismal font from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, with a wooden lid dating from 1663. Source: Information board

This hilltop castle is located on a steep ridge between the Dunajec River and the reservoir. It was built in the 13th century and secured the trade route to Hungary. The ruins were recently cleared of rubble. A construction plaque is still present, but I believe this construction work is now complete. A large area at the rear has been roofed over, probably for archaeological excavations. The ruins are in a stunning location overlooking the Dunajec Reservoir.
