The greatest treasure of the church is hidden in the main altar (consecrated in 1742) in the form of a sarcophagus-shaped reliquary. It is an authentic gift to the Stężyca parish from Marie Casimire Louise de La Grange d'Arquien – the beloved wife of the Polish King John III Sobieski! The reliquary was brought to the village by the suffragan bishop of Warmia, Michał Remigiusz Łaszewski, who was a native of Stężyca.

This is the largest private botanical garden in Poland. The whole story began in 1971, when the Butowski family decided to transform their traditional home ornamental garden into a professional scientific institution. Through decades of hard work, they gained the official patronage of the University of Gdańsk and membership in the Council of Botanical Gardens in Poland.

Nice climb short but intense with a maximum gradient of 21 degrees. The view from the top of the lake is rewarding
