The manor house and the surrounding park were established in 1928 on the initiative of Gottlieb Lutzera, who had recently bought the farmstead, existing here since the early 19th century, from the heirs of Wacław Wyssogota-Zakrzewski, who had died earlier. The building, with a nearly square plan, two-story, with its facade facing north, is situated on a stone and brick plinth, plastered, and topped with a profiled cornice. The roof structure is wooden, of a rafter-and-collar beam construction. After Gottlieb Lutzera's death in 1932, his son Adolf managed the estate. After the War, the estate was parceled out and the manor house was designated for tenant apartments. Currently, the manor house and the surrounding area are privately owned. The building has been renovated. (Record card of architectural and construction monuments)

The manor was built around the mid-19th century as a typical example of a small manor complex with a quadrangular farmstead. The building, rectangular in plan, faces south, with a rectangular, lower annex added after World War II, adjacent to the west wall. The building's mass is compact, single-story, set on a high stone plinth, partially cellar. The main building is covered by a hip roof, while the annex has a gable roof with a slight slope. After the war, the farmstead passed into the hands of the State Agricultural Farm (PGR) in Malińce, while on 15.09.1992 the complex was taken over by the State Agricultural Property Agency, Poznań Branch. Currently, the building is in a state of ruin. (Inventory card of architectural and construction monuments)
