The building was erected between 1904 and 1906 for the owner of Słomów, Jan Turno. It is modeled on the Petit Trianon in Versailles (architect: Ange-Jacques Gabriel) and is a classical brick building with a regular layout, two floors, a basement, and a hip roof. The building is crowned by a mansard roof with a balustrade. The square layout features a flat annex on the north side, an open veranda at the front, and a portico on the garden side, surrounded by a stone balustrade with four Corinthian columns and accessible via a staircase between the second and third columns. The building is located in the center of the village of Słomowo, in the Rogoźno municipality, Obornicki district. Its main facade faces east. It is surrounded on three sides by a spacious landscape park. At the end of the 20th century, it was used as a multi-family residential building.
