Villa Venini-Uboldi (also known as Palazzo Venini Uboldi) is a historic 18th-century country residence located in Gaggiano, along the banks of the Naviglio Grande in the province of Milan. Construction began in 1719 at the behest of Giorgio Venini. Upon his death in 1744, the property passed to his younger brother Francesco, who in 1750 expanded the complex by building an oratory dedicated to Saint Francis. In 1758, the family's grandchildren (the Cozzi) enriched the oratory with a small bell tower. In 1791, by testamentary disposition of Pietro Cozzi, the building housed the "Scuola dei conti", considered the first public school in Gaggiano. Later, the palace passed to the Uboldi family, taking on its current name.
