The road is in terrible condition. This ride has become truly suitable for a gravel bike or a mtb, much less so for a road bike. The descent was absolutely sketchy. I would advise to avoid this route if you have a road bike with slim tires.

A must to go climb when you are in Athens.....very little traffic.
