The 2 windmills, nearly 185 years old, which are uniquely intact in the country, give a truly authentic experience, thanks to their careful care. The Horizont Sealing Site is also a sight in itself, which also functions as an open-air museum with a blacksmith shop. The entrance is also unique: we arrive in the courtyard of a private house, where we can receive a very warm welcome, the place is especially bike-friendly. Among the mills, we can visit the "Helt" Mill - Independently - to which we are given a key. The Fennsík and the Mills also provide a wonderful photo theme with the Bakony mountains in the background. It is wonderful how these ancient buildings are cared for, this can be classified as impressive, and even more so the experience, based on which the thought is formulated: ...I will come back here again...!

A wonderful and unique sealing point with a view, on the 22nd section of Horizont. The uniqueness itself is given by the Pécsely Basin and the Tihany Peninsula visible from behind. The Hideg-hegyi meadow itself is a magnificent place, but the view is what gives it the real "miracle". This place would be worth even a small lookout. In the immediate vicinity is the "Hét Kenyér" bakery and wine bar, which - when open - has an extreme view, not to mention the fact that in this place we fall into a completely different world, which is why it is a pleasure that the editors of Horizont have created a sealing point in the area!

One of the gems of the Balaton Uplands is the small village of Vászoly. The Szent Jakab Forrás, visited by many, has healing powers, and this can be found from various sources on the internet. There is also a legend connected to it. Its water is continuous and drinkable. The small pond was formed by damming up its abundant water. It is surrounded by a small stage and a small grove. An idyllic location. The source of the Vászolyi-séd. It can be an excellent starting point for the hidden treasures of the area, as we can find the Kuti-Kerti Kisvendéglő in the immediate vicinity, which gives a traditional Balaton Uplands atmosphere, as does the entire Árpád-era village.

The highest peak of the Bakony (709m), on top of which stands the Vajda Péter Kilátó, which is the seal of several hiking movements, including the National Blue Trail (Photo). The view is magnificent, and all the Bakony peaks are visible, but Somló, Kab-Hegy, Hajagok, Papod peak, etc. are clearly visible. The spherical dome standing directly next to it: which is the air traffic control object of Hungarocontroll Zrt. It can be seen from afar, drawing attention to the highest point of the Bakony. Around the Kilátó there are some benches, tables, and a fire pit. The nearby cave: Ördög-lik, which can be reached on both the Blue Trail (OKT) and the Red Trail (KDP) along with the blue omega (cave) sign.

At the top of Kőris-hegy, you can find the lookout point on the National Blue Trail Line (also Stamp Place), a few meters from the parking lot, which is next to the radar station. Because of the radar, we don't have a panoramic view, but what we can see is beautiful: Vértes, the Kisalföld, the Balaton highlands, Somlóhegy are all looming in front of us. You can also go up by bike, either from the direction of Zirc or Bakonybél, on a relatively tolerable quality asphalt road. Let's be prepared that the asphalt road from Bakonybél to the summit is at least 10 km long, and even on foot it is about 6 km. Both tours have a strong difference in level, not by chance: we climb to the highest point of Bakony.

The Zsigmond Széchenyi Lookout is located near Tés, next to a gravel forest road. It is newly built and in good condition. Its 18.48m height commemorates the 1848 War of Independence. We can see in the direction of Jásd, or even as far as Pannonhalma in clear weather, but the ranges of Vértes are also clearly visible.
