Absolutely worth seeing. Beautifully restored. Great views of the islands too. The rest of the place is not for the faint of heart.

Small road, lots of agriculture. Here the surface was still tolerably good.

It is a very hard bike ride on dry sand on which you can't always pedal and so you have to push the bike. We went bike packing so we were full of bags and the bikes were heavy, it was one of the hardest pedals I've ever biked. We had to push de bikes probably most of the time, with no water, people around or road signs for 14km and with almost no shade at all. Very hard, nothing to see except sand. Not recommended, especially for beginners or bikepackers.
