St. Mary's Church is the central focal point in the heart of the village and is located directly on the "Thuringian Towns Chain" cycle path. It was portrayed by Lyonel Feininger. The present village church developed on the site of a small, early Gothic, almost square chancel tower church by the beginning of the 19th century. https://www.stiftung-kiba.de/kirchen/st-marien-troebsdorf

The Tröbsdorf war memorial was erected for the victims of the First World War. The memorial consists of a brick obelisk on a pedestal, flanked by cannonballs. The pedestal bears lists of the names of those who fell between 1914 and 1918, which were later supplemented by the names of local residents who died in the Second World War. The area has since been replanted. It was created in the 1920s. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kriegerdenkmal_(Tr%C3%B6bsdorf)
