The renaturalization was very successful. There are some very beautiful spots with rest areas.

A wonderful tour with plenty of beautiful scenery, great places to stop for a bite to eat, and lovely little towns away from the hustle and bustle. Very good and well-maintained cycling and hiking trails. Ideal in late summer, as much of the route is spent outdoors. It's bound to be very hot in summer. Highly recommended. Have a good trip. 👍

Natural resting place by the river: Green willow shelter directly on the Brenz River – a shady spot for a short break in the midst of nature.

A beautiful spot right next to the renaturalized Brenz River and the Hürbe estuary. Three benches on either side of the Brenz invite you to rest, for those who prefer sunshine, and a willow teepee for those who prefer shade.

A beautiful "Wegle" (Way of St. James), approximately 5 km long, recreates the Way of St. James from Giengen at a scale of 1:1000. It's fun, for example, when the next destination (and the informative information board) is 100 km (at a scale of 1:1000), or 100 meters. Informative information boards and meditation steles are also present. At the end, you can pick up a "St. James' Way" stamp at the information center. 😊😇 You can also take a break in the beer garden. The playground by the water is a highlight for the kids. Across the street is the Charlotten Cave, which is well worth a visit.
