Perhaps in summer, after a long dry spell, you can get through the ford well. In any case, it wasn't possible at the end of February.

The Wilhelm Busch Site in Hattorf, an attractive small memorial, presents a collection of works and drawings by the poet Wilhelm Busch, known as the creator of "Max and Moritz." Busch had a special relationship with Hattorf; he frequently visited the local rectory to spend time with a relative. Today, the memorial is housed in the former Hattorf mortuary, which provides a unique setting for Busch's legacy. At the Protestant Church in 37197 Hattorf am Harz
