Nice old church in the center of the village.

In 1889 the pilgrimage church "Annunciation" was inaugurated here. In the church there is the miraculous image "Annunciation". There is a tradition of pilgrimage here that goes back over 300 years. Before the pandemic, the site was visited by over 10,000 pilgrims annually. Pilgrimages for people of different ages and genders will certainly be offered again soon. There have also already been themed pilgrimages for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Pilgrimages take place every year “Maria in der Wiese” instead. The pilgrimage year begins on the last Sunday in March. It is followed by the women's pilgrimage on the first Sunday in May, the great pilgrimage on the first Sunday in July and the men's pilgrimage on the first Sunday in September. At the end of the pilgrimage year, a rosary service with a procession of lights is celebrated at the end of October.
