The bridge is NOT decommissioned. Goods trains still run to the Marschacht chemical plant. The combined road/railway track has been dismantled and thus decommissioned. The track in the pictures is still in use. So you shouldn't walk or drive over it, it would be stupid if the train also wanted to go over it right then, their braking distance is a bit longer.
