"Belgers Restaurant" in Barkhausen/Porta (Fährstr. 25, 32457 Porta Westfalica, district Barkhausen, Tel. (0571) 9719 1919, mobile: 0170-4741 780; E-Mail: info@belgers-gastro.de; Owners: Ira & Torsten Belger), located directly on the Weser cycle path and near the Porta ferry terminal, is an absolute top address for cyclists!👍👍👍The beautiful beer garden in front of the house and a second beer garden behind the house beckon on every tour. The inn, known for decades as "Zur Alten Fähre", has been operated by Ira & Torsten Belger since March 2024; since the beginning of 2026 it has been called "Belgers Restaurant". The traditional house with its two beer gardens has become a gastronomic jewel, completely renovated and modernized. The service is as friendly, good, and prompt as ever. 👍😊Table reservation is recommended for groups, as on sunny days all tables are often occupied almost to the last seat. More info can be found at: www.belgers-gastro.de !
