This is a wonderful road that you can ride up from Leitschgrund to Neufang as a cyclist if you are well trained and have a good gear ratio on your bike. The gradient is not extreme, the view is great. Unfortunately, you are often disturbed and endangered in your uphill flow by speeding car or motorcycle drivers. You can usually hear them thundering along Leitschgrund. Then you should get to safety as quickly as possible. The narrow, confusing bends are particularly dangerous uphill. That's why I rarely ride this driveway, but prefer the small road that goes up from Leitschgrund to Birnbaum a little further back as a good alternative. Here you are usually undisturbed.
