The title of this highlight is incorrect! It's a Catholic church. The region is predominantly Protestant. Daisbach is an exception. Excerpt from the Hessian Monument Preservation Office: One of the two half-timbered churches in the district (along with Hohenstein-Born). Of particular significance as the only surviving Catholic half-timbered church in Hesse and an old Catholic church in a predominantly Protestant area.

Only a few pictures show the Old Castle ramparts. Some show the information board. Near the complex there is a mushroom-shaped roof over a bench. With a dendrophone you can experience the special sounds of different tree species. The dendrophone is part of the nature trail.

A very interesting station on the nature trail. The age of the trees can be determined by the span of their arms
