Vaihingen (Enz) Nord station was located on the Württemberg Western Railway and was the starting point of the Vaihingen Stadtbahn (city railway). On December 13, 2002, the Vaihingen Stadtbahn was closed, ending passenger train service. The former city station has since been rebuilt and now houses upscale restaurants.
