In the forest behind the manor house there is the "A...hole walking path" with some "cute" politicians in bronze. You can admire Erich (Honecker), Lenin, Khrushchev, Erdogan, George W. Bush and Donald Trump. On the left side are the owner of the manor house, the saxophonist Marita Gronau, and her partner Thomas Petsch, who sadly passed away in 2017.

The inconspicuous Hellbachtal is a little gem. For about 5.5 km you walk on winding paths through a wild valley, always along the stream. The wooden plank paths and a bridge make this jungle excursion perfect. At the turning point there are two benches for an idyllic break.

Behind the old water mill you come to the Hellbach, to which a beautifully designed fish ladder leads. An interesting fish ladder paves the way for the fish upstream.

In conversations with villagers, I learned that an investor from the West had purchased the mill and wanted to convert it into a hotel restaurant. However, that was years ago and nothing has happened except that this water hole is falling more and more into disrepair.

In 1250 the town of Neubukow was founded and this church was built. She's the only thing left. Unfortunately the church was locked.
