a really beautiful church for the small town

The church dates back to 1832 and is located right next to the Weiltalweg trail in Ernsthausen. It's a truly beautiful building, in my opinion. There are also benches for a relaxing break right by the Weil River. Further information can be found at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelische_Kirche_Ernsthausen_(Weilm%C3%BCnster). A lovely playground is also located nearby.

Braunfels Castle in the Lahn Valley is considered a particularly impressive castle complex and an important historical landmark. The castle sits enthroned in the heart of the picturesque Lahn Valley. The striking silhouette of the castle and its towers is particularly impressive at this point.

A very distinctive point on the Weiltal cycle path, which can be heard from afar through the rushing brook and is visible from the rest area
