Nice place to take a break and an interesting way to set up a birdhouse.

I would consider the quarry stone bridge to be a highlight at this location.

UPDATE 2: Apparently you noticed how modestly the bars are placed - one was moved, the passage is now wider - now the path is definitely reasonably passable!

UPDATE: The path is now paved throughout, including the former gravel path between the small trail and the path towards Driedorf. Where the access to the trail was with the boulder, the path was unfortunately massively blocked with bars, signs and boulders, so that it is uncomfortable to get through with the bike, with a child trailer, wheelchair or pram it will probably be really uncomfortable (see photos )

The path is now apparently being expanded, currently (09/17/2022) there is a construction site. The chicane at the Schützenhaus is gone, the small trail through the undergrowth has been pushed to a width of approx. 2 m, so that there should be a "normal" passable path throughout.

On this route, keep an eye out for the side of the road - there are some carved figures, not just by the bench.
