I don't know if it's rustic, but it's definitely practical.

Even if a lot of it is a bit artificial, as is typical for a golf course, the green here is really particularly green.

The bench in front of the pond is also beautiful.

In front, the cows graze quite undisturbed, and the golf course doesn't disturb you either.

In 1547, coal mining was first mentioned in what is now Sprockhövel's urban area. At that time, the landowners of this settlement did coaling “in the Stocken” and “in the Dyckerdellen” (Dickerlen). An old coal road leads through the Schee settlement into the Bergisches Land. Here and elsewhere the Prussian state levied an export duty on coal. A customs office was located in Auf dem Schee 6 until 1789. In the same year, the road inspector Johann Fabricius moved it to his newly built house No. 10 opposite here. After the border between the Duchy of Berg and the former Prussian county of Mark was abolished, the customs office was closed in 1808. In 1849, Friedrich Wilhelm Haarmann acquired the house with the farm and land. Haarmann was senior climber and manager of the Sieper and Mühler Gruben colliery and was mayor of the Gennebreck community from 1858 to 1880. Since 1993, there has been a private museum in the property's field fire barn, which was built in 1866.
