September 7, 2026, Söllbach Trail

The path to the hut is very rideable with an MTB up to the Buchsteinhutte. About 300 meters further, pedaling is no longer possible. From here, the last 400 vertical meters must be scrambled. A well-walkable via ferrata up to the hut. The selection of dishes is very limited. But everything is nice and good.

There are paths up to the Schwarzentennalm – one along the Weißach and one through the higher forest path. I would recommend the latter for the ascent, as it is easier to ride, especially for those who are not so experienced. Down along the Weißach – wonderful. Watch out for the gravel. It crumbles easily.
