The surface of the route is good to very good and cycling along the water is always nice, and when a ship or yacht passes by... wonderful.

As already described, here I agree with the other tipsters: The surrounding nature is wonderful, the narrow paths, the springy forest floor under your feet, but the A31 motorway, the intersecting federal roads and the shooting range do not ensure maximum relaxation.

This magnificent free-standing oak invites you to pause and marvel, or to rest on a large stone at its feet. Since it is not crowded by other trees, its appearance is fantastic - and I have only seen it without leaves. In summer, I imagine it would provide great shade.

What a lovely surprise, this little viewing platform on the edge of the path and forest above the sand pit. Wonderful view, and even a little place to sit.
