Very quaint valley, old farmhouses and the picturesque mountain village of Seduck (or Seduk or Sedugg). From Seduck, the road is closed to cars, as a mudslide in the upper Oberbergtal has completely washed away the road, but there is a detour on the right side of the valley (near the Holderloch Alm [private]) over medium to fine gravel, and from the Stöcklen Alm there is an asphalted road again all the way up to the serviced Oberriss Alm. The Stöcklen Alm is, however, more worth seeing with its old farmhouses. Anyone with a good bike and very good brakes will have a lot of fun on the descent. I certainly did; depending on the condition of the road surface, you can reach speeds of 30-60 km/h. Highest attention is required!!

When you are out and about in the Oberbergtal, you should definitely stop at the Oberissalm. It can be reached on foot from Seduk in approx. 1 - 1.5 hours. Inside there is a small farm shop where you can buy regional specialties such as cheese and sausage. It is also a popular destination for cyclists. Those who want to hike further can then ascend to the Franz-Senn-Hütte from here.

The Galtalm is located somewhat off the beaten track outside the Schlickertal valley, with a view towards the Stubaital valley. A wonderful spot on the terrace.
