Great building 18th-century ensemble. Worth a visit. The information boards and the interior give a good insight into the everyday life of a farming family from that time.

Incorrect title: The high ropes course is of course located on the Aqua Magica grounds in Löhne/Bad Oeynhausen, and absolutely NOT "in the Teutoburg Forest" (what utter nonsense!!!🥵🙈🥲). Please correct this! Thank you.😊

It's the Kronprinzenbrücke, the central Werre River crossing in Löhne. It leads directly into the so-called "traffic-calmed zone" of Lübbecker Straße (a peculiar mixture of pedestrian zone and car access route), Löhne's main shopping street. The view of the historic stone arch bridge from the west is unfortunately somewhat obscured by a pipeline running parallel to it.

Interesting how more and more roots are growing into the pond.

Addition Instead of the dam, a stone slide will take over the function here. Fish will be able to use this to swim, absorbing current.

Renaturation work hasn't begun yet. Once completed, the picture will be completely different. In addition, the old bridge and dam are to be demolished.
