This is the oldest developed public park in Carroll County; it's open daily, 7am to sunset, from March through November. During the winter it has reduced hours Monday-Friday, and is closed on weekends and holidays. Entry costs $6 per vehicle if you're local to the county, or $12/vehicle if you come from outside Carroll County.
