Great river bike path, very rideable! But be careful! The residents also use this path to commute to work on S-Pedelecs. I have never been overtaken by fast S-Pedelecs so often. So please ride on the right and be careful.

"Cosmo Golem" is a design by artist Koen Vanmechelen. The six-meter-high colossus is a focal point in the large parking lot on Scheldelei in Kruibeke. CosmoGolem is Universal and Centuries-Old Several CosmoGolems have already been installed around the world. With the one in Kruibeke, Koen Vanmechelen has reached his 34th example, and also the largest. The centuries-old story of the Golem symbolizes universal children's rights and diversity. Therefore, a class from every school in Kruibeke attended the inauguration. All the children created something on paper, and all their wishes and dreams were placed inside the wooden giant, with the help of the fire department. The children also decorated the wooden colossus and each received a speculoos biscuit in the shape of the CosmoGolem afterward.
